You will start at Valdebebas, Real Madrid’s Sports City, refereeing children’s tournaments from the Real Madrid Foundation, and then you will start refereeing matches in private leagues also Tutelados, to finally join our refereeing group. You will have insurance that compensates you for injuries, illness, accidents and death, you are completely covered with us.
